Welcome to "Collectors Choice" or shall I say JSS die cast dream sheet? Here you will find automobiles that have been crowned "King" of their decade. These are automobiles that are classics in their own right, worthy of a place in any die cast collection. Over the past months, visitors to our site have nominated and voted on these automobiles in hopes that someday they might be recreated in die cast.

Here is how it works. Each month we select a decade at random to nominate cars from. For two weeks each visitor to our site receives four nominations, which can be used to nominate four separate automobiles each receiving a count of one. Or you they can cast all or some of their nominations for a particular car 1 to 4 but they only have four nominations no more. Everyone is welcome to campaign for their nomination on our Forums in hopes of getting it in the running for "King". Actually, we encourage you to point out why your choice should be considered as a learning process for the rest of us.

At the end of nominations, two weeks, we tally the nominations (count) each automobile received and the top two automobiles moves onto voting. Here again we encourage you to hype one of the two automobiles in hopes your favorite will be crowned "King". Voting last two weeks with each visitor allowed to cast one vote.

In the event of a tie the judges will re-vote with only one automobile crowned the "King". We have three judges that receive all nominations and votes.

Maybe, just maybe the mints will follow our list and sometime/somewhere down the road we will receive one or two of these fabulous automobiles? We can only wish!
