Automodello is pleased to announce that their "1962 Ford Mustang I Concept" replica, in 1:24th scale, is now in stock. JSS received both the 1:24th and 1:43rd scale models for photos and review. I will keep it simple; there is only one way to describe it: "Wow, wow, wow, wow!!!!" Truly a "Cork Popper" by any standards.
The Automodello model is an Official Licensed Product of "the Henry Ford", therefore it had to meet final approval of the company before it could officially be shipped to the public. The stunning resin model is fastened to it base by two screws; you can order a dust cover from Automodello if you like. The fit and finish is outstanding, great lines, deep etching flawless paint makes this a must have replica, especially if you are a Mustang fan as I am.
When I first saw the model I have to be honest it didn't "Ring My Bell" it looked good but I just wasn't in to it. However, once I started to photograph it, which means I am looking at it threw the view finder, of my camera, at different angles, I began to appreciate its intricate lines and the "Wow" factor kicked in. I owned the first production year of the Mustang in 1: to 1: so I am a fan of the automobile. Over the years I owned a total of three Mustangs', and I drove just about every model produced at one time or another. As I said, the more I fondled the Automodello Concept replica the more intrigued I became with the product, and so will you.
The Automodello 1:24th Mustang is a very well-crafted, high-end replica. Automodello took great pains to make sure they got it right. Fit, finish, paint and most importantly attention to detail are evident throughout this replica, this is the real deal.
