The JSS Model of the year — as chosen by our visitors — is the Danbury Mint 1956 Buick Roadmaster Convertible, finished in Dover White and Tahiti Coral. The "Limited Edition" Buick was chosen as the best 'New release of 2011 from a pretty nice field of 1:24th models.

In a few days the international Nuremberg Toy Fair will open its gates. And in typical fashion CMC will be introducing their new releases to the world.

These CMC models are all 1:18th scale and range in price from $300 upwords to mid $400. Some are limited editions while others are open runs.
