Lost my little cat Tommy yesterday. Days in critical care but nothing could be done to help his failed kidneys. He was only 13 years young and too young. I was told he only had hours to live after he was disconnected from critical care. I brought him home for a few last hours, he ate tuna fish and drank milk. I wanted him home where he felt safe and loved. He laid in the sunshine, purring, before the injections and I petted him.
You do everything you can do, spend whatever it takes, to save your pet and it is such a hopeless feeling when your options run out. Tommy was loved and knew he was loved to the end.

Sorry to hear this . I know what you are feeling as I once lost a Pet / Partner when he was 15 years old . They are family.
